<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent moving of a battery by a vibration, and to transmit the heat of a heating unit to the lower surface of the battery evenly, by holding the battery by a recessed metal plate, and providing a temperature fuse to the heating unit installed to the metal plate. SOLUTION: Both ends of a metal plate 2 of an aluminum or the like to load a battery 1 are bent rectangular so as to form side walls 3. At the lower side of the metal plate 2, a heating unit 4 formed by holding a heating element by an insulating member such as a silicon is provided opposing to the lower surface. At the lower surface of the heating unit 4, a temperature regulator 5 such as a thermostat, and a temperature fuse 6 to protect the temperature regulator 5 by fusing when the temperature rise of a heating wire comes to a set value, are provided. It is preferable to cover the temperature regulator 5 and the temperature fuse 6 by a silicon rubber and the like, so as to prevent the water invasion or the influence from the external side. In this heat insulating device, the heat of the heating unit 4 is transmitted to the metal plate 2, and transmitted to the bottom surface of the battery 1 furthermore.</p> |
