SOLUTION: Holes 2a to 2i into and through which cables are inserted and passed can be formed so as to be squeezed in the up-and-down direction in such a way that their length is kept and that prescribed intervals between the adjacent holes in the up-and-down direction are held. As a result, the height of a conduit material 1 for the cables can be suppressed to be low, the conduit material can be buried even in a place whose depth is shallow, and the conduit material 1 itself for the cables can be made compact and lightweight.
