<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation-abnormality monitoring device, for an electric apparatus, which eliminates a need of attaching an antenna sensor to the electric apparatus and which improves the detection sensitivity of an internal partial discharge. SOLUTION: A grounding means and a connecting circuit 15 are connected across a ground-side electrode 10 at a grounding switch 4 and a ground at the outside of an electric-apparatus container 7, and a band-pass filter is constituted. The grounding means grounds the ground-side electrode at the grounding switch excluding a high-frequency component. In addition, electromagnetic waves due to a partial discharge generated at the inside of the container are detected by the ground-side electrode 10. The connecting circuit 15 passes an electromagnetic-wave signal so as to be output. A monitoring device body judges the existence of the partial discharge at the inside of the container on the basis of the electromagnetic-wave signal detected by the ground-side electrode 10.</p> |
