PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the degree of guaranty at the point of finishing operation by a specified date by assigning the operation of lower completion probability to execute preferentially when there are plural jobs of schedule to undertake in a period to a completing limit. Then the present operation assigning state of each operator in the operation group of a matter requested from a client is investigated and when there is an operation to be scheduled to undertake, the completing probability f1 of the operation is retrieved from a schedule table 27 to compare with the completing probability f2 of a newly requested matter. When f2>=f1, the operation of the newly requested matter is assigned as the succeeding operation of the operation scheduled to start and registered to a schedule table 27 but when f2<f1, the operation of the newly requested matter is assigned before a start schedule and registered to the schedule table 27. |
