PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove and move a disk-like object safely, simply, and calmly from a stack by sliding a vacuum producer together with its open end in the mutual direction and forming a leakage current during a specified period of time which is sufficient for the removal and movement of the disclike object. SOLUTION: A suction device 3 has a means 30 which can move against force against the occurrence of negative pressure or vacuum in one suction opening 32 on at least a side face of a means which is directed toward a compact disc(CD) on the top of a stack. It has two U-shaped hollow elements 33, 34 which close substantially air-tightly to a degree that a leakage current having a specified size and in a specified path can be achieved when the means 30 is arranged on the same axis so that it can slide mutually at an open end and a vacuum is formed, and they are designed in the shape of a ring which forms a ring case 30 and as a lower part 33 and an upper part 34 of a cylindrical shape.
