PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To chemically improve weather resistance of a glass composition, which is free from lead and has a low melting temperature, by compounding ZnO, P2 O5 Li2 O, Na2 O, K2 O, Al2 O3 , SnO2 , TiO2 and ZrO2 as main components. SOLUTION: Fifteen to 55wt.% of ZnO, 30-75wt.% of P2 O5 , 0-2.8wt.% of Li2 O-Na2 O+K2 , 0.1-5wt.% of Al2 O3 , 0.1-2wt.% of SnO2 +TiO2 +ZrO2 , 0-30wt.% of Bi2 O3 , 0-5wt.% of SiO2 , 0-10wt.% of B2 O3 , 0-5wt.% of V2 O5 +Tl2 O3 and 0-2 wt.% of F are mixed, and the mixture is heated at 1000-1300 deg.C) for 1-3hr to fuse the oxides. The fusion is crushed by water granulation to obtain a glass composition having an average particle diameter of 4-7μm. 100 pts.wt. of the glass composition is compounded with 0-50 pts.wt. of a refractory filler having low expansiveness and 0-30 pts.wt. of a coloring heat resistive inorganic pigment.
