PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid radio interference by conducting information exchange and energy transmission between a memory card being a carrying object and a station through electromagnetic coupling so as to separate an energy transmission function and a clock function from a data transmission function. SOLUTION: An information transmission block 13 of a station 12 is provided with a series circuit including a voltage generator G1 and an inductive element L1. On the other hand, an information transmission block 11 of a carrying object 10 is provided with an inductive element L1, an electronic circuit 3 being a resonance circuit and an object processing means 5. Information to the station 12 is sent by a phase difference between voltages VEY and VEX induced resulting from switching the electronic circuit 3. The information is sent from the station 12 by switching an electronic circuit 30 when an AC signal is applied to the inductive element L1 and a voltage is induced in an inductive element L30. A power supply 7 is not required by energy transmission through other electromagnetic coupling.
