摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing for high speed rotation with durability by exposing a basic material internally and composing the peripheral surface of the oxide of basic material and obtaining a bearing utilizing the dynamic pressure groove in a rotary shaft, a part of housing facing the rotary shaft or a part of rotor. SOLUTION: Prior to formation of an oxide layer, a rotary shaft 4 is applied with a mask 9 in the form of dynamic pressure groove 6 and then the surface is oxidized to form an oxide layer 10. When the mask 9 is stripped, a recess is left because the oxide layer is not formed. It is used as a dynamic pressure groove 6 and the basic material is exposed at the bottom. Consequently, the oxide layer and dynamic pressure groove can be formed simultaneously through hardening process without requiring the grinding process at all thus reducing the labor and process. Furthermore, even if the housing or rotary shaft is made of a soft material, it can be protected against damage by performing the hardening process on the surface.
