PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for making a heat accumulating member having a high heat transferring characteristic and heat transporting feature by enclosing a large amount of fine heat accumulating materials at once with a film. SOLUTION: A film 6 is placed on the upper surface of a block 1, vacuum is drawn through a hole 4 formed at a concave part 2 of the block 1 and through a pipe 5 communicating with the hole 4, thereby the film 6 is pulled toward the concave part 2 to cause it to be deformed. A heater 3 arranged at the block 1 is applied with an input current as desired to cause the film 6 to be positively deformed. Films 6, 6-a formed in this way are reversed from each other and overlapped to each other, material 7 is set in a space formed by them and the circumferential edges of the films 6, 6-a are sealed with a stamp 8.
