<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the freezing of a battery liquid at a small power consumption, by heating a battery by combining a PTC plate form heating unit and an adiabatic heat insulating member. SOLUTION: Two PTC plate form heating units 11 are provided at both side surfaces of a battery 13, and the six surfaces of the whole side surfaces and the upper and the lower surfaces are surrounded by an adiabatic heat insulating member 12. Since the heat insulating effect is changed by the quality of the adiabatic heat insulating member it is preferable to use a foamed resin such as the polyulethane resin from the viewpoint of the thermal conductivity. Consequently, even in a coldest place, the freezing of the battery liquid can be prevented in a small power consumption.</p> |
