PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a sterilized powder product for food having high quality of a sterilized powder product capable of producing so-called mixed powder products added with the sterilized powder product and mixed with wheat flour at high yield and to provide an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION: This producing method of a sterilized powder product for food comprises a process supplying constant amounts of one or more than two kinds of powder raw materials for food or feeding a mixture of constant amounts of the powder raw materials, a process sterilizing the mixed powder raw materials, a process gathering the sterilized powder raw materials and cooling and a process removing foreign matters in the cooled powder raw materials. A sterilized powder product is obtained by a process, that is, supplying the one or more two kinds of powder raw materials between two parallel screws 5 under a sealed and heated environment and imparting compression.shearing.heat generating action by the rotation of the screws 5 onto the mixture. A sterilized mixed powder product is obtained by providing a process to mix constant amounts of different powder products corresponding to the amounts of the sterilized powder raw materials in the line between the sterilizing process and the cooling and gathering process. |
