PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a cell barrier and an electrode without overlapping them and forming a gap between them, independent of a panel size and cell pitch by previously forming the cell barriers, then filling an electrode material between the barriers to form the electrode. SOLUTION: A primary layer 12 and an electrode taking out part are formed on a substrate 11 with paste comprising low melting point glass by screen printing or the like. A cell barrier 13 is formed by stacking a rib material by repeating pattern printing of the rib material for example. As the rib material, a mixture of at least low melting point glass powder, a refractory material filler, a binder resin, and a solvent is used. After stacking, the barrier 13 is stuck to the substrate 11 by baking. Conductive paste comprising metal powder of Ag, Al or the like, or an alloy of them, low melting point glass powder, resin, and a solvent is filled between the barriers, dried, then baked, and an electrode 14 is formed. |
