PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of nitrogen oxides and generate an alloy oxide having a specific stoichiometric ratio. SOLUTION: A powder of oxides of La, Sr, Cr, Co mixed in a specified proportion is put in a pot, and turned in particulates by crushing for 100hr in a nitrogen atmosphere, followed by a three-hr heating at 500-800 deg.C in the atmospheric environment so that crystallization is made. Thereby an alloy oxide of La, Sr, Cr, Co in the specified proportion is obtained without generation of nitrogen oxide. |
