PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an unsaturated propylenic copolymer rich in chemical reactivity, easy in graft modification, and excellent in adhesivity, coatability and printability. SOLUTION: This unsaturated propylenic copolymer is the random copolymer of propylene, ethylene or a 4-20Cα-olefin, and at least one kind of linear or branched non-conjugated triene or tetraene having a vinyl group in the molecule, comprises 70-99.9mol.% of constituting units derived from the propylene, 0-30mol.% of constituting units derived from the ethylene or the 4-20Cα-olefin and 0.1-30mol.% of constituting units derived from the non-conjugated triene or tetraene, and has an intrinsic viscosity [η] of 0.05-10dl/g measured in decalin at 135 deg.C.
