PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for safely opening information having the security of invention and the like and for collecting only information which a reader desires by proving a server and a client terminal connected through a communication line. SOLUTION: When the possessor of the client terminal 16 is to access to an invention perusable file, a selection transfer processing routine contained in CPU of the server 12 judges whether the possessor of the client terminal 16 exits in a security permission rank accessing to the invention perusal file or not from an identification number inputted from the client terminal 16. It is judged whether the possessor of the client terminal 16 clears the condition of a password and charging. Then, the invention perusal file is judged to be transferred or not. Thus, the invention perusal file is transferred only to the possessors of the client terminal 16 satisfying a prescribed condition. |
