The cake tray comprises a round tray (6) raised on a plinth (7). In the centre of the tray is a point (3). The perimeter of the tray is graduated (1) to enable the cake to be cut into identical portions. A projection (2) all around the plinth supports a cover. Four notches (4) enable the positioning of a ribbon for fastening the tray to its cover.
