The rigid construction element (1) comprises wood based particles distributed in its volume which are connected together by a binder. The element is adhered to an impermeable sheet (5) which covers a part of its surface. A mass containing the particles and binder in the fluid state is poured into a moulding space delimited by the impermeable sheet In this space the binder hardens to provide a rigid element having the shape of the moulding space. The impermeable sheet is a stratified sheet having an impermeable layer and a porous layer. The porous layer is adjacent to the moulding volume and is impregnated with the binder in the fluid state so as to realise an anchoring for the construction element.
