The present invention provides novel uses of compounds of formula (I) wherein R1, R4 and R5 are individually hydrogen, hydroxy, halogen, trifluoromethyl, C16-alkyl, C1-6-alkoxy or (tertiary amino)(C1-6-alkoxy); and R2 and R3 are individually hydrogen or C1-6-alkyl, or as a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in combination with a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier for the manufacture of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment or prophylaxis of prostatic carcinoma.
