<p>A device for preventing the falling of an earring is provided with a fastening portion to be attached to an ear, and a connecting portion by which the fastening portion and the earring are combined with each other. The fastening portion is provided with a first fastening element extending from an outer side of an upper edge of an auricle to the other side thereof, a second fastening element extending from a lower portion of a lobe in the upward direction and further into an external auditory meatus, and a connecting element extending along a rear side of the auricle and connecting the first and second fastening elements to each other, and the connecting portion is joined to the second fastening element. Instead of the first fastening element and connecting element, an element extending from a central portion of the rear side of the auricle to a lower portion of the lobe and joined to a portion extending into the external auditory meatus may be provided. In any case, the fastening elements are fixed firmly to the ear owing to the elasticity of the connecting element displayed owing to the weight of the earring. The connecting portion has a detachability with respect to the earring, and forms a loop when the earring is fastened thereto. The connecting portion prevents the earring from falling even when the earring comes off from the ear.</p> |
