The invention concerns a built-in housing with a substantially cylindrical hollow body and a flange on the outer casing side for anchorage in a wall or panel for directly accommodating and/or securing a pipe or floodlight, in particular for water containers or swimming pools. According to the invention, in order to ensure reliable pressure absorption and/or sealing with respect to the wall or panel in which the housing is to be built, the flange takes the form of a collar (13, 23) at the end of the hollow body (11, 21). Secured on the outer wall of this collar is a further hollow cylindrical body (14, 24) which extends substantially parallel to the hollow body (11, 21) and comprises on its outer casing profiled parts (15, 25, 26) which project in a substantially radial manner. |
