The arrangement is installed in circular cross-section air channels, is driven by artificially generated or natural air flows and serves to generate electrical energy for use in buildings. It has a rotor (8) with turbine blades (9) and a central axle (10). The arrangement is used in prefabricated air channels made of plastic, metal or other suitable materials. The air channels have an internal, spiral guide bar, whereby the air flow maintains spiral lift.
