The present invention relates to a crawler type soil improving machine, in which soil and a soil improving agent are efficiently crushed and mixed with each other by one machine to enable regenerating of soil in soft ground and which is excellent in conveyance and mobility. The soil improving machine comprises a disintegrator (4) provided substantially centrally on an upper portion of a vehicle body (3) and disintegrating and mixing soil and a soil improving agent with each other, a first hopper (40) which is provided on one side of the vehicle body (3) and into which soil is charged, a second hopper (20) which is provided between the disintegrator (4) and the first hopper (40) and into which the soil improving agent is charged, a lower travelling body (2) provided underside the vehicle body (3), a drive device (5) provided on the other side of the vehicle body (3) and having an engine (6) and a hydraulic device (9, 10), and a carrying conveyor (50) provided underside the first hopper (40) and the second hopper (20).
