FIELD: food- processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has transportation belt with movable belt limiting sidewalls positioned within confectionery mass pouring zone. Sidewalls are made from side belts formed as closed tapes continuously movable in synchronism with transportation belt by pulleys. Side belts are provided with pressure and squeezing rollers, rollers for supporting return runs of belts and return run cleaning system. Cleaning system has cleaning and washing devices with water collection and discharge bath. Apparatus has pouring head mounted above transportation belt and cooling members positioned below transportation belt. EFFECT: increased efficiency, wider operational capabilities and improved quality of product.
