Vortical energy converter

The vortical energy converter operates as a mechanical energy amplifier. It has pivoting wheels that produces a reduced impulse from the inner work provided. With the assistance of the known exterior fluid, guiding drive is developed resulting in water cluster rotation. Acceleration of the pivoting wheels causes water to fall, to the rear, in the Coriolis direction. This direction is opposite the direction tangential to the water cluster. The water is expelled as a jet which causes a reaction movement of the fluid.
