Hole punching tool

The hole punching tool consists of a hollow cylindrical die and an annular punch which enters into the die, and is provided with an actuating element advantageously taking the form of a clamping screw. The annular face area of the punch is made up of several (for example, two) area sections which emerge from protruding, plane-surfaced blade elements, and form helically shaped cutting surfaces (4, 5) with cutting edges (6, 7). The area sections are inclined to the punch face at an angle which is less than or equal to 90 degrees.
