A process is disclosed for deep-drawing cap-like, multilayered deep-drawn parts, in particular closure caps for containers of pharmaceuticals, for example. Several strips of material (2, 3, 4) are layered so as to overlap under a deep-drawing die (1) and the layered strips are deep-drawn in a bottom die (5) when the deep-drawing die (1) is lowered. At least one strip of foil (3) made of a material that cannot be deep-drawn and/or having a thickness that does not allow deep-drawing is arranged between the strip of material (2, 4) nearest to the deep-drawing die (1) and the lowermost strip of material (2, 4) nearest to the bottom die, these strips of material (2, 4) being both made of a material that can be deep-drawn. During the deep-drawing process, the strip of foil (3) is deep-drawn together with the other layers. These deep-drawn parts may have at least one foil layer (17) made of a material that cannot be deep-drawn and/or having a thickness that does not allow deep-drawing, and arranged between an outer and an inner dimensionally stable, deep-drawn cap layer (15, 16). Said foil layer (17) is deep-drawn together with the other layers (15, 16) that make up the cap.
