AMINO ACID COMPOSITIONS

Amino acid compositions containing the following amino acids each in the molar proportion as specified below: proline (12.6 - 23.4), alanine (8.4 - 15.6), glycine (13.3 - 24.9), valine (8.2 - 15.4), threonine (5.0 - 9.4), leucine (4.3 - 8.1), histidine (1.8 - 11.9), serine (1.7 - 3.3), lysine (6.0 - 11.2), isoleucine (3.1 - 5.9), glutamic acid (2.2 - 10.4), arginine (2.4 - 4.6), phenylalanine (2.6 - 5.0), tyrosine (4.2 - 7.8) and trypsin (1.5 - 2.9). These compositions are efficacious in supplementing amino acids in blood reduced in association with hard exercise and suppressing changes in blood amino acid levels, thus improving motor functions, relieving fatigue after exercise, and facilitating the recovery from fatigue.
