PURPOSE:To obtain a sodium reduced salty seasoning, containing potassium chloride and a specific amount of sodium ascorbate with reduced bitterness of the potassium chloride and close to common salt. CONSTITUTION:The objective sodium-reduced salty seasoning containing potassium chloride and sodium ascorbate in an amount of 5-200% expressed in terms of weight ratio based on the potassium chloride and preferably further <=60wt.% common salt. |
