PURPOSE:To provide a method wherein an excess part of a skin material is rolled on the rear face of the edge part of a core material and is fixed thereby in a semi-product wherein the surface of the premolded core material having a standing wall on the periphery is bonded with the skin material which is a size larger than the core material. CONSTITUTION:A semi-product 8 is placed on a mold face of a top mold 51 being movable up and down and is wholly covered with a rubber sheet 3 being molded in a shame following the outer periphery of a core material 1 and the skirt part of the rubber sheet 3 is clamped along the end face 11 of the edge part of the core material from the outside by means of a clamping member 4 and the top mold 51 is lowered and the closed space 31 enclosed with the rubber sheet 3 is evacuated and the excess part 21 of the skin material 2 is folded and bonded on the rear face 12 of the edge part of the core material 1.
