PURPOSE:To prevent the runaway by a method in which a parking brake is put into an automatic operative action when a side clutch lever is set to release in a snow remover having a pair of left and right-handed side clutch levers and a parking brake operator. CONSTITUTION:A pair of left and right-handed side clutch levers 12 and 13 and a parking brake 14 are set in the operating section. The levers 12 and 13 have lock pins 12a and 13a projected inwards, and a brake arm 18 has a lock groove 19. When the lever 12 or 13 is turned, any of the pins 12a and 13a comes into contact with the arm 18 to stop the lowering of the arm 18. When the levers 12 and 13 are clockwise turned concurrently, the arm 18 lowers rotationally under its own weight, and the pins 12a and 13a are coupled with the groove 19, thereby permitting the parking brake connected with the arm 18 to be worked. The runaway of the snow remover can thus be prevented. |
