PURPOSE:To provide an insulating device capable of readily attaching or removing electrical apparatus such as a high voltage cutout and arrester to or from an arm and a platform installed to an electric pole by means of live line insulating work apparatus such as hot stick and manipulator. CONSTITUTION:A fastening plate attached to an electric apparatus and a coupling portion 6c coupled to the fastening plate and a bolt standby positioning piece 5d are located at the outer periphery; and a bolt 7 having a projected piece 7a at each of an upper portion and a lower portion of an opening () is constituted with a hinge portion 5b freely swinging and a U-shaped fastener (1) forming a bolt escape preventing part 6b having a slit 6a, which is an installing device suited to a live line insulating work apparatus such as hot stick and manipulator.
