Sensors read technical parameters of the vehicle or boat, and/or information concerning the driver and/or passengers, and convert this into a unique identification code which is transmitted to a receiver, which can also activate anti theft or accident prevention measures via the system. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A unique identification code is assigned to the system, which is integrated into the vehicle or boat (F) and is designed to include universal parameters for the vehicle or boat (e.g. technical parameters such as the fan belts and tyre wear, medical information relating to the driver and passengers), which are read by sensors, and transmit them to a receiver (C), where they are processed. The receiver can be used to carry out appropriate action, e.g. immobilising the boat or vehicle, reducing its speed, tracking its position, setting off an alarm, and alerting the relevant authorities or emergency services, depending on the parameter information received. In order to activate the system a code is sent from the receiver to the system, at which point the system becomes activated and transmits a universal identification code associated with that system and unique to the boat or the vehicle. The transmitted code is picked up by the receiver and used to ascertain the identity of the vehicle or boat, e.g. its registration number, motor number and/or chassis number, and check whether the claimed identity matches the real one. |
