<p>The method consists of making up the frame for the panel. The method involves laying the frame on a flat supporting surface (4) and filling the spaces between the timbers (3'"), preferably with a thermal insulation material. The thermal insulation material contains a hydraulic binding agent, before a finish is applied. Before pouring the filling material into the frame spaces, the flat support is covered with a layer of dry sand. The inner surfaces of the spaces are given a coating of a bonding substance, with the filling material applied before it has set. The frame can be constructed from green, unseasoned timber, and the spaces between the frame members fitted with lengthwise ribs on their inner surfaces which are subsequently covered by the building material. The ribs are fixed on top of strips of a supple, waterproof material, especially an elastomer.</p> |
