<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing a molding base material having tensile strength and impact strength equivalent to those of plastic for an interior finish component by utilizing fiber double-layer plastic material to be waste material. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing a base material by utilizing a fiber double-layer plastic material comprises the steps of coating and drying the fiber side of the plastic material with destaticizing agent, comminuting the dried plastic material to the size of 8 to 20mm, mixing it, cutting the comminuted and mixed fiber double-layer plastic to fine mixed pieces of 0.6 to 3mm, mixing, agitating and dispersing the cut mixed pieces with other molding plastic mixture compatible with the plastic of the plastic material, and molding the agitated and dispersed material.</p> |
