PURPOSE: To impart subtle, various, or special changes to performance by providing an element extraction means, which extracts a prescribed video element from a video signal or information, and an acoustic control means which changes an acoustic signal or information in accordance with this video element. CONSTITUTION: A video element extraction means (CPU) 16 extracts a hue and a video component, for example, a video element of an outline or the like from the video signal or information inputted from a VTR, an LV player, a TV camera, or the like. An acoustic control means 22 changes the equalizer, the reverberation, the echo, the hue, the touch, etc., of the acoustic signal or information in accordance with this video element. Thus, sight is expressed correspondingly to sounds, and video is varied with the same music, and performance with subtle, various, or special changes is possible. |
