An AOC 16 adjusts the offset of each signal. A light receiving power detection part 32 fetches the peak of the voltage value based on the burst optical signal 11 to be the reception power detection object that a peak hold circuit 21 detects by the timing that a TDMA control part 31 instructs and detects the reception power of this detection object slave station terminal transmitter. Since the burst optical signal transmitted from an other slave station terminal transmitter is photoelectrically converted by the photo diode 12 by the timing which is different from this timing, these transmissions need not be stopped.
