PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unrequire that success or fail results after inspected are displayed on a circuit board itself. SOLUTION: A palette 11 comprises a success or fail display member 15 arranged so as to freely exchange display patterns containing a success display and a fail display according to presence or absence of a pressing biasing force from below in a specific location determined by the relation with mounted inspected circuit board, and the palette 11 is placed at a specific position. Thereafter, a pressing force biasing member arranged so as to control press-up operations against the success or fail display member 15 below the palette 11 is driven corresponding to whether or not a pressing force against the success or fail display member 15 is given based on judgement on success or fail of the circuit board. The success or fail display members 15 are switched to either of display patterns of success display and fail display to instruct success or fail of the circuit board. |
