ENERGY SAVING AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain energy conservation and comfortableness with regard to heating and cooling by installing a human body detecting sensor in a room and switching a heating/cooling system to a stationary mode at the time of 'off' and to a person-in mode at the time of 'on'. SOLUTION: Human body detecting sensors S1 -S3 for detecting a human being in each of rooms R1 -R3 are installed. A room temperature controlling means 33 and a ventilating means 34 are respectively provided in independent control panels. The room temperature controlling means 33 is provided with an air conditioning strong/weak mode switching means 35 corresponding to the rooms R1 -R3 which means 35 can set a stationary mode setting value t1 and a person-in mode setting value t2 . The air conditioning strong/weak mode switching means 35 controls flow rate of cold/hot water by controlling a motor 19 of a pump for supplying cold/hot water, and gives a command of driving the motor 19 at the stationary mode setting value t1 at the time of 'off' and at the person-in mode setting value t2 at the time of 'on'. Thus, energy conservation and comfortableness can be planned with regard to heating and cooling and ventilating so that life of a house is improved.
