PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate intermediate color specification by composing the printer of a video data generating means, a storage means for a filter, a video data storage means, and a print output means. SOLUTION: With the select signal outputted by an address selecting circuit 15, the input A of a selector 16 is selected, and the selector 16 outputs address data for registration to RAMs 17a-17d for filters to set the RAMs to specified meshing rates. For example, the RAM 17a is set to a 30% rate, and the RAMs 17b-17d are set to a 10% rate respectively. Then a CPU 7 outputs a select signal to switch the selector 16, and buffers 18 and 21 are placed in a driven state. Then filter data in the RAM 17a are outputted to AND gates 22a and 22b and video data are outputted from the CPU 7 to gates 22a, 22b... through a buffer 21. The gates 22a, 22b... AND both the data and data of specified rate are written in a frame memory 10 through the buffer 18. |
