<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widen a contact area of a stopper part toward a seat side rail, to improve adhesion between the stopper part and the seat side rail, and to form a grease sump. SOLUTION: A shaft member 11 constituting a lifter mechanism is arranged in a seat side rail 21 of a rail unit. The shaft member 11 is provided with a supporting link, which is pivoted to the seat side rail 21 at least and is connected to a cushion frame side of a seat. A stopper part 13 expanding in the radius direction of the shaft member 11 is integrally formed on either of the inside and the outside of the pivoting position of the shaft member 11 to the seat side rail 21 in at least one rail unit.
