MANUFACTURE OF FERROMAGNETIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable mass production of a ferromagnetic component of high performance at a low cost. SOLUTION: Inductive electric components manufactured by a PWB(printed wiring board) technique of ferromagnetic cores 30 are buried in an insulating board wherein a conducting layer is formed. Conductive through holes (vias) are formed on both sides of the cores 30 and in the board. A pattern of the conducting layer is formed, one or more couples of conductive winding parts are formed together with the conductive layer through holes, and windings surrounding the cores 30 are formed. A contact pad on the board is formed. The pattern of the conducting layer is so formed that the pad forms a conductive trace connected with the windings.
