PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide photographic element less liable to deystuff stain after processing and ensuring low min. red density. SOLUTION: This photosensitive element has a yellow image forming blue- sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, a cyan image forming red-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer and a magenta image forming green-sensitive silver halide emulsion layer on one side of the substrate and further has an antihalation layer contg. a cyan filter dyestuff applied between the substrate and the red- sensitive layer. The green-sensitive layer contains a four-equiv. magenta image forming coupler and the cyan filter dye is represented by the formula, wherein each of L<1> -L<5> is methine, each of R<1> -R<4> is H, alkyl or aryl, M<+> is H or a counter ion and at least one of R<1> -R<4> is aryl substd. by a substituent having aπ-value of <-0.10 as a hydrophobic degree parameter logP.
