PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain control of an AV equipment connected to a controller connected through a LAN by an enjoyable operation. SOLUTION: In the case of outputting an AV signal from an AV equipment installed in a room A-2 by a monitor or a speaker installed in a room A-1, a mouse is used to move a cursor C to a prescribed button position on a plate menu PL2 and a left button of the mouse is clicked to allow the AV signal of the AV equipment in the room A-2 corresponding to the button to be outputted from the monitor or the speaker in the room A-1 corresponding to the button. Furthermore, when a button B1-1 or B1-2 is selected through the mouse operation, displayed rooms are changed on the screen.
