PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enhancing measuring sensitivity and accuracy by stabilizing a detectable substance such as a coloring matter to be measured, etc. SOLUTION: According to the measuring method, a detectable substance such as a coloring matter or the like is measured based on a chemical reaction of a substance to be analyzed such as a biological component or the like in a reaction system including a reaction producing the detectable substance with a quantitative correlation to the substance to be analyzed. A laminar inorganic compound such as montmorillonite or the like is set in the reaction system to restrict the decomposition of the detectable substance by a coexisting substance such as hydrogen peroxide, ascorbic acid or the like in the reaction system. |
