<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the ringing of signal pulses of a multi-electron source, constituted by wiring plural electron sources in matrix, by providing the driving circuit, which outputs a signal processed by a signal processing part to the multi-electron source, with a clamp circuit which absorbs a voltage larger than a reference voltage between the signal processing part and wiring. SOLUTION: The driving circuit which outputs the signal processed by the signal processing part to the multi-electron beam constituted by wiring the electron beams in matrix is provided with the clamp circuit 20 which absorbs a voltage larger than the reference voltage between the signal processing part and wiring. The clamp circuit 20 determines the maximum voltage or maximum current of an image signal outputted by a modulated signal generating circuit 10. A timing generating circuit 4 outputs timing signals TSFT, TMRY, and TSCAN to a horizontal shift register 5, a line memory 6, and a vertical shift register 2 according to the synchronizing signal TSYNC outputted by a synchronizing signal separating circuit 3. The vertical shift register 2 outputs the timing signal TSCAN as a scanning signal in timing to the selection of respective lines.</p> |
