PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate machining by reducing any shock noise taking place between a transfer member and a moving body. SOLUTION: Arc-shape gears 10 and 11 are assembled in the circumferential direction of a piston 12 alternately. A spring 18 energizes an annular member 17 and the arc-shape gear 10 in the direction separating from the piston 12. A pin 14 is forced in a retainer ring 13 under pressure, the arc-shape gear 11 is pressed on the retainer ring 13 by the energizing force of a spring 15 so as to be energized in the direction for approaching the piston 12. The annular member 17 and an annular groove 12a and the head part 14a of the pin 14, a cap 16 and a storing hole 12c act as hydraulic dampers respectively. Accordingly, since a colliding speed between an annular member 17 and the piston 12 and that between the head part 14a of the pin 14 and the piston 12 following the movement of the arc-shape gears 10, 11 and piston 12 are relaxed, respective shock noises are reduced.
|
