PURPOSE:To accurately control in three directions of x--z-axes by applying the relationship between an electric field and a distortion by the piezoelectric property of a crystal. CONSTITUTION:A crystal actuator is provided with a through hole 2 in a crystal block 1, and driving electrodes 3-6 are disposed on the respective faces. A voltage is applied to the electrodes 3-6 to displace it in the respective directions. It is displaced in a y-axis direction of an arrow A by the electrodes 3. 3', similarly in the y-axis direction by the electrodes 5, 5', in an x-axis direction of an arrow B by the electrodes 4, 4, and in a z-axis direction by shearing force by the electrodes 6, 6'. Thus, a stylus attached part 7 is displaced in the x-z-axes directions, and accurate displacement controls can be performed by regulating the voltage values to be applied to the respective electrodes. |
