摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate the fatigue of a presice inspection worker and to improve the accuracy of precise inspection by changing the relative positions of a circuit board and a magnified image display means based on the position information of a control means, moving the part of the precise inspection to the vicinity of the center of the visual field of the magnified image display means, and instruction the part of the precise inspection by an optical point. SOLUTION: A control means 10 computes the position of the part of precise inspection from preliminary visual inspection information or specified information, controls a moving means based on the result and moves the specified part of the precise inspection on a circuit board 1 so that the part comes to the vicinity of the center of the visual field of a magnified image display means 20. Therefore, a precise-inspection worker can capture the part of the precise inspection in the vicinity of the center of the visual field of the magnified image display means when the movement is stopped if the worker waits until the movement is stopped. By confirming an optical point, where the optical beam outputted from a light projecting means of the circuit board 1, the part of the precise inspection can be readily specified without searching the part of the precise inspection. Thus, the inspection efficiency is improved, and the inspector's fatigue is alleviated.
