PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease speed change load, so as to enable a smooth speed change, by shifting sequentially transmission mechanisms of the upper side then the speed change mechanism subjected to be controlled from the upper stage to the neutral position and sequentially returning the transmission mechanisms in the neutral state from the lower stage, and putting a clutch mechanism in connection. SOLUTION: A control part 9 is constituted by using a microcomputer, and signals are input from an operation detecting sensor (including a speed changing position detecting sensor and a forward and backward traveling switching detecting sensor) for detecting the operating positions of respective unmanned operating mechanisms, a clutch switch 26, a lever angle sensor 27, an obstacle detecting device 31, a receiver 41 for receiving a remote control signal from a transmitter, and a brake operation detecting sensor 42 for detecting the side brake operation. Moreover, operating signals are output to a selector valve for operating actuators (including a main speed changing cylinder) of respective unmanned operating mechanisms. |
