PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method utilizing stable 1,2-dioxetane triggered by enzymatic action to generate chemiluminescence and having excellent solubility. SOLUTION: An inspection method is performed by a capsule chemical analyzing and inspecting method and a fluid capsule has individual isolated aq. segments separated by an isolating fluid based on oil and the segments contain a chemiluminescent dioxetane reagent or an activated reagent and are allowed to flow through a conduit and further reacted to emit light. An improved point is resides in that chemiluminescence is performed by using dioxetane substituted with two or more water-soluble groups arranged on an dioxetane structure. A compsn. containing dioxetane, a no-polymer type surfactant enhancer and an arbitrary fluorescent substance increases chemiluminescence and excludes a problem of the carry-over of a reagent at a time of the use in inspection performed by a capsule chemical analyzing system.
